To ensure both you and I are in good health it is imperative that we take the following precautions:

If you currently suffer or have been suffering from flu-like symptoms in the last 5 days, cancel or reschedule your appointment.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to be on time for your appointment. Being late is a disservice to yourself and other clients who are scheduled after you. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment you will be charged a £10 late fee.

Once 25 minutes late, your appointment will then be cancelled and you will have to reschedule - therefore losing your £10 deposit.
