Order Processing
Orders take 1-2 processing day. Customized wigs takes 2-3 working days before they are shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. After receiving the tracking email, tracking will be available after 24 hours.
Uk orders can taje up to 3-5 working day. International orders can take up to 5-7 working days. This is excluding weekends.
Returns
Unfortunately due to hygienical reasons JDD Hair do not accept any returns so please make sure your order is accurate before proceeding to payments.
We do not ship during weekends and holidays.
